How does OurFiin collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
open an account or deposit money
use your OurFiin Mastercard debit card
use the OurFiin app
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, data providers, affiliates, identity verification service providers or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only
sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness

Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Our affiliates include companies such as OurBanc.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates we share with can include service providers who help to service your account.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Joint marketing partners include financial companies and banks.
Other important information
California Residents: We will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliated companies. We may share your information as required or permitted by law.
